Bored in Class

At Samara Learning Center, we cater to individuals with Learning Disabilities, ADHD, high functioning Autism, Anxiety, School Phobia, and Trauma. When public school fails to meet the needs of your student (even though IEP's or 504's are in place), Samara Learning Center is happy to evaluate its' ability to fortify your child. Like you, we want them to flourish academically and socially.  We provide a calm environment, patient instructors and strength based vocabulary.

Samara Learning Center takes pride in adapting  to the needs of both neuro-typical and neuro-divergent students. Our tutors help students to "Soar with their Strengths and Manage their Weaknesses" in order to remain in step with their cohorts.

Small Group tutoring occurs September- June from 4:00pm-5:30pm on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. On Wednesdays Tutoring is  from 2:30-5:30pm to accommodate early release.

Students can drop in anytime  to receive guidance with their homework.  Families benefit financially from the small group setting we offer.

Ready for School

'“My 9 year old daughter was recently diagnosed Dyslexic and we decided to give Samara a try for the summer camp and learning sessions. By the end of the first day she was saying "Heather was the best teacher she ever has had" and didn't want to leave. She started having fun with learning again! Samara is a blessing, definitely recommended and we will be back. Heather and Kristina are both amazing and helpful with adjusting to a new pathway. Thank You!”'

'"My teenage son has had many interventions. He was resistant to summer tutoring. However, after the first day of the Algebra Clinic, he easily woke up at 8:00am to attend. He kept his materials stating "I need these for the school year. I hadn't been taught this way before."'
